Here are some ways to help ensure smooth roaming for your users:
When our users roam, an International Roaming Pack ($25 for up to 14 days) will be applied automatically by default when they arrive in a new country. No setup is required. Once applied, the roaming pack will automatically renew up to two additional times in the same billing period if data or calls are used up (a maximum of three packs per billing period), helping users stay connected while avoiding high casual roaming charges.

If a user would prefer to have an Australia Daily Roaming Pack ($7 per day) applied as their default, they need to let us know before they roam. However note that users with the Australia Daily Roaming Pack active will not have access to roaming features in other countries.
